The industry lost a legend, and we at Mobius, a friend. John Saucer passed away suddenly on Friday, April 7th. In addition to Saucy’s encyclopedic knowledge of the crude market, his mentorship, humor, irreverence, and positivity have resulted in a firmly rooted Saucer professional tree of influence. Before his 9 years at Mobius, John worked with Tony Annunziato and the great team at AAA Capital, was the lead crude analyst at Citi, and started his professional journey at Argus. We are incredibly grateful for the time we did have with our man. We hope you join us in sending support and best wishes for the Saucer family.
