Mobius Risk Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to support our growing team. This position will play an integral part within the Business Development team. The Business Development Representative will report to the Vice President Business Development.

This pivotal role will drive outreach initiatives aimed at expanding new markets with focus on research, targeted prospecting and generating high quality opportunities. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is self-motivated, creative, enthusiastic, and has an ability to work in a fast-paced environment to directly impact on our ability to achieve revenue goals.
Experience in a B2B setting with little to no reliance on inbound leads.
Implement our existing prospecting strategy while exploring new approaches to build our sales pipeline and business expansion.
Conduct Lead qualification and follow- up by effectively assessing leads and responding to inquiries
Utilize research tools and sales intelligence software while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Example
Utilize a variety of tools and strategies to source and target clients effectively.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and innovative approaches in client outreach.
Maintain a balance between high activity levels and personalized interaction to optimize outcomes.
Serve as a vital link in the sales process, tasked with not only generating opportunities but cultivating a qualified pipeline.
1+ years of BDR, Marketing or Sales experience, oil and gas or SaaS preferred.
Be intellectually curious.
Have a passport, it’s a big world
Proven success meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable with outreach to C-Suite professionals.
Proven ability to hone-in on, recognize patterns and grasp complex topics.
Excellent communication skills, self-starter attitude and sales “hunter” mentality.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
