Christy Reed

Role and Responsibilities

Christy currently allocates revenue and performs marketing accounting activities such as price calculation and fee allocation. She regularly conducts revenue audits for clients and creates accrual processes. Additionally, she is helping to create data and reconciliation centers for Mobius to rapidly confirm monthly fees/prices by meter and house this data to make monthly analysis a more efficient process and to create faster ways to analyze contracts to determine how best to negotiate at, or before, contract termination.

Prior Experience

Her professional background is in Auditing and Revenue Accounting for Oil and Gas. Christy has ten-plus years in the energy industry, focusing on revenue allocations, owner disbursements, revenue audits, and marketing accounting. In addition, she also has experience with reconstructing revenue allocations, ONRR calculations and projects, severance tax, cash applications, accounts receivable reconciliations, and monthly accrual generation and analysis.
